We currently ship to the United States and Australia.

Orders are usually shipped within 7 days after payment has been confirmed.

Every order is carefully packed by hand in Japan.

To preserve the unique fragrance of each incense and prevent scents from mixing during transit, each item is individually sealed before shipping. We use only the packaging necessary to protect the quality and integrity of your order.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post International ePacket, which includes tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Customs & Import Duties
